Sign up for classes online! Classes will now start on the hour and we encourage everyone to sign up for your time slots now since there will only be 12 openings each hour in the day. The new shcedule will be based on what times fill up.
We now are taking credit cards and monthly auto withdrawal for your membership. Also Starting in August we will be switching to a flat rate for CrossFit of $70.00 per month plus tax, and $50.00 plus tax for Circuit Training. We are very excited about these changes we hope to make things easier and more convenient for everyone.
